Consulting engagements have included real estate development projects, municipal
telecommunication network feasibility studies, and website design.

1988 –1995: Mayor, Village of Moreland Hills, Ohio
Established a long-range financial planning system,
computerized village records, built a new police station.

1980 –1989: Property Manager, The T. W. Grogan Company, Cleveland, Ohio
Managed commercial office buildings, redeveloped and sold Berea Commons.
These projects involved close cooperation with local municipal government on
city planning and zoning issues.

1978 –1980: Branch manager, Cushman & Wakefield of Ohio, Inc.
Provided commercial real estate brokerage services.

1975 –1978: Commercial Real Estate Broker, Cragin – Lang, Inc., Cleveland, Ohio

1973 –1975: General Partner, Playhouse Square Associates; Cleveland, Ohio
Organized, managed and secured financing for the initial stages of Cleveland's
Playhouse Square redevelopment project. This project has become one of the
largest and most successful entertainment district restorations in the world.

1972 –73: Property manager, Ostendorf Morris Company, Cleveland, Ohio
Managed and leased commercial office buildings, prepared and administered
annual and long range operating budgets.

1970 –1971: Manager Product Planning, Rotor Tool Company, Euclid, Ohio
Managed new product research and development for this manufacturer
of air tools marketed to the automotive industry.

1968 –1970: Senior Consultant, Ernst & Young, Cleveland, Ohio
Managed and conducted consulting engagements for private business and government
clients. Subjects included real estate project feasibility and financing, new product
development, marketing, long range planning, and financial forecasting.

1964 –1968: Lieutenant, United States Naval Reserve
Electronics Officer and Navigator, Destroyer Duty
